Today wraps up week 2 of Wedding Prep Round 2! Here is my check in
Well, I’m on my period and my PMSing hunger was ben REAL the past couple days! Thank God for Arctic Zero, PB2, and fruit because my sweet tooth has been out of control. Other than that, I am been feeling great! Strength is still up, sleeping well, and motivated!
The top pictures are this week, the bottom are last week! There are a few things I notice.
1. My back and arms are leaner
2. My abs are coming back
3. My waist appears narrower, however my lower abs to not, probably due to my period.
Overall I am stoked about it!
Weight: 142 (Change -2lbs)
Waist- 26 (-.75) R & L Upper Thigh- 22 (No change)
Lower waist- 30 (+.25) Biceps – 11 (no change)
Hips- 40 (no change)
Has not changed and will not change until weight loss stalls, but right now goal is to lose a pound a week and I’m on track with that!
REMEMBER- THIS DIET AND MACROS ARE SPECIFIC TO MY BODY! I WOULD NOT MAINTAIN THIS YEAR ROUND! IF YOU WANT HELP CALCULATING YOUR MACROS PLEASE LET ME KNOW AND WE CAN HELP YOU!
I am going to keep trucking along! This next week will be hard, my period really wipes me out and I am starting two new jobs, so stress will be hi. BUT I’m just just going to focus on getting my workouts in and hitting my macros and trusting the process! 🙂
