Wedding Prep: Week 1

Here we go! Week one of wedding prep has commenced! Still nervous as he-he-he-hell, but feeling more motivated than ever! (This is the easy part, lets talk when we hit week six lol).
Each week I will bring you guys 
1. A summary of how I am feeling physically and mentally
2. Progress Pics
3. Measurements and weight
4. A few days of meals and macros calories for the week
So week 1- 
I’m feeling… 
Good and surprised! Honestly, I’m pretty surprised at where I am starting, things are looking a lot better than I thought and I don’t have as far to go  as I thought! This is why progress pictures & measurements are so important, I would not have known if I was going off weight! I am feeling super energetic and excited, but as I said, the start is always easy, it’s the process and the finish that is hard.

Lifting Days- 1642 Calories – 130 g protein 195 g carbs 38 g fat
Rest Days – 1605 calories – 130 g protein 170 g carbs 45 g fat
