It’s been awhile! I hope you all watched my last vlog about how prep is going (if not go check it out here as I will not be going over that in this post.)
So we are about 6 weeks out from the wedding, which yeah buddy, we’re so ready!
Let’s just get right into it, shall we?
How Things are Going:
Better!! Once I let go a bit and realized, ok Sam, “you cannot fit in 2 a days during the week and you are going to have a few drinks on the weekend, what are you going to do about it?” I loosened my grip a bit and it has paid off. Sometimes, stressing over your workouts and diet like that does more harm than good. I have just been sticking to my macros and getting in 2 lifts per week and 3-4 cardio sessions and things have been a-okay!
I have noticed my waist getting smaller, which a lot of that is genetic. I have a narrow waist and big hips, always have. I do like that tho and am excited to see my abs and obliques showing up (hence the different pose on the side picture). The booty is pretty much staying as is.. as per usual. We’re stuck together for life, thanks mom and dad.
Weight: 139.5 (Change -.5lbs)
Waist- 25.75 (-.25) R & L Upper Thigh- 22 (No change)
Lower waist- 29(-.5) Biceps – 10.5 (-.5)
Hips- 39.75 (no change)
I am still decided what to do here. I don’t know if I should decrease or maintain because my wedding dress fits so well. While I still have a bit of body fat I would like to lose, I don’t think I want to lose any more body mass or size. For now, I am going to just decrease by 5 grams carbs and 2 grams fat.
Like I said, I am more so just trying to maintain this now. That means sticking with my 2 lifts per week and 3 days of cardio and one day of HIIT. I will do another update in about 3 weeks as I will be traveling for the next two weeks! 🙂 I will try to get some sort of content out but grad school and training have been kicking my butt!
